2型糖尿病患者镁代谢紊乱的探讨

A Study on Disturbance of Magnesium Metabolism in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨2型糖尿病及其肾脏并发症对血镁的影响。方法:随机抽取114例确诊的2型糖尿病患者,按照尿白蛋白排泄率分为正常尿蛋白组、肾病初期组及临床肾病组,以40名正常人作为对照组,测定血清镁和尿镁,并与健康人对照组和糖尿病各组之间进行了比较。结果:血镁水平在2型糖尿病各组的变化,正常尿蛋白组、肾病初期组患者血镁水平降低,临床肾病组患者血镁水平升高,与正常对照组相比,各组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中正常尿蛋白组、肾病初期组及临床肾病组各组之间亦存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。尿镁水平各组与对照组之间也存在显著性差异P<0.05,正常尿蛋白组、肾病初期组及临床肾病组各组之间也有显著性差异存在(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病中的发生低血镁,可能与胰岛素抵抗、高胰岛素血症和高血糖有关,而糖尿病肾病的患者由于肾排泄镁减少其血镁常常较正常人高。

Objective： To study the disorder Of serum magnesium in type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） with or without kidney Injury. Methods： 114 patients of T2DM were selected randomty and were divide into three groups based on the excretion level of urinary abumin excretion rete （UAER）.40 normal person were selected as control grows. And Mg level were measured. Results：Serum magnesium level signiticenty reduced in T2DM with mormetabumininuris stud T2DM with mircroalbuminuria（p 〈0.05）. Magnesium level increased in diabetic nephropathy 〈0.05）.uric magnesium Increased In T2DM with reduced in diabetic nephropathy（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion resistance. Hypermasnesemis In T2OM is s result of kidney injury.
