摘要
介绍了铸钢在平炉冶炼及钢包中加稀土硅铁合金进行脱硫的试验研究。大量生产数据统计分析表明,钢中硫含量对铸钢件的验收条件之一──断口拉边尺寸有直接影响。当铸钢中其它元素不变时,每降低0.001%硫,增大断口拉边尺寸0.318mm,脱硫率与炉料熔化时间及造渣时间呈负相关,与纯沸期脱碳速度及出钢温度呈正相关。在钢包中加入稀土硅铁合金可对铸钢进一步脱硫并控制硫化物的形态。工业规模试验结果表明,应控制RE/S的比值,以确保铸钢件的质量,使其获得较高的综合力学性能。
A study of desulphurization of melting cast steel in the basic open hearth furnace and in the ladle by adding lump rare earth alloy is introduced in this paper. It is shown by statistic analysis of quantities of production data that the sulphur content, which is one of the main acceptance conditions of steel casting, in cast steel has a direct influence on the elongation size of fractures. It is thought that the elongation size of fractures will increase about 0.318 nm when the number of other elements are not changed and the sulphur content is reduced per 0.001%. The desulphurizing rate of melting steel is in negative relation to the melting time of furnace charge and time of slag making, and in positive relation to the decarburizing speed of period of pure boiling and the temperature of pouring molten steel. The desulphruization and shape control of sulphides in the molten steel are further conducted by RE treatment. The industrial Scale tests show that the mechanical properties of steel casting can finally improved by control of RE/S ratic.
