摘要
吸风机轴承外套圈早期失效,是由于钢材冶金质量欠佳,存在严重的碳化物不均匀性,使套圈内表面下产生应力集中,引起疲劳断裂。至于开机后仅一小时就发生脆性断裂,系该套圈在装机前已存在严重的疲劳损伤所致。
The failure of suction blower bearing sleeve at the initial stage is mainly attributed to poor metallurgical quality of steel and severe inhomogeneity of carbides, resulting in the concentration of stress in the inner surface of the sleeve, thus causing fatigue fracture. Brittle fracture that occurred only an hour after starting the machine is brought about by severe potential damages of the sleeve before installation of the bearing.
