摘要
通过显微分析手段,如SEM、TEM、成分分析及X-射线分析等,对经6000h实际运行的机车用增压器叶片(K17合金)进行解剖分析。结果表明,K17合金叶片产生较为严重的热腐蚀,并伴随有强化相γ'的聚集长大。
The booster blade with 6,000 hours service was investigated with scan electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscope(TEM), micro-chemical composition and x-ray analysis. The experimental results show that the inactivation of K17 alloy blade is led by hotcorrosion, and with the coarsening behavior of the strengthening phase of γ'.
