摘要
在传统的设计中,各种设计变量及参数往往被看成定值,无法定量回答产品在多大程度上是安全的;因此有必要对FA传动减速器的关键零件进行可靠性分析,为整个减速器进行可靠性分析打下基础.本文研究发现,FA传动摆线轮齿面接触应力与齿面接触疲劳强度都呈对数正态分布;结合影响两者分布的因素,建立了FA传动摆线轮齿面接触疲劳强度可靠性分析计算的数学模型.
All kinds of design variables and parameters are usually regarded as changeless values in traditional mechanical design, which unables to answer quantatively the products safety. Therefore, it is necessary for reliability analysis of key part. Only based on the reliability analysis of key part, the reliability analysis of the whole transmission can be processed. Through analysis it is found that the contact stresses and strengths on cycloid gear are all up to logarithmic distribution. Combining the factors of contact stresses and strength distributions, a mathematic model is established to analyze and calculate the cycloid gear reliability.
