面中部骨折小型钛板坚强内固定的临床应用

A clinical research of rigid internal fixation with titanium miniplate in 62 cases of midface fractures

目的:探讨面中部骨折的复位固定及恢复面中部骨折外形及功能的治疗方法,评价小钛板固定面中部骨折的疗效。方法:对用小钛板固定的62例面中部骨折病例进行回顾性临床分析。结果:本组病例术后功能和面容明显改善。62例病例中59例取得较满意的咬合关系,3例有不同程度的咬合干扰,此3例患者中合并张口受限及面部畸形1例,合并单纯张口受限及面部畸形各1例。结论:小型钛板坚强内固定辅助颌间牵引是治疗面中部骨折及恢复正常咬合关系的有效方法。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of titanium miniplate in fixation of midface fracture and explore a way of getting satisfactory face shape and function. Methods： A retrospective study was conducted in 62 patients with midface fracture. Date, age, anatomic site, treatment modalities and clinical results were reviewed. Results： 59 cases Of fractures obtained satisfactory occlusions, while 3 cases had malocclusion ,and 1 with mouth opening limitations and unsatisfied face shape. 1 with mouth opening limitation and 1 with unsatisfied face shape. Conclusion： The use of titanium miniplate associated with intermaxillary fixation is effective for midface fracture.
