基于编码复杂度的帧层和宏块层自适应码流控制方法

摘要 码流控制在实时视频编码通信中起到非常重要的作用。分析了H.264率失真优化和码流控制之间存在“蛋鸡悖论”问题并给出JVT-G012中的码流控制方案,提出了基于编码图像复杂度的帧层和宏块层自适应码流控制方法。模拟仿真表明:与JVT-G012方法相比,以稍微降低缓冲区平稳性的代价,换取编码图像的平均PSNR值提高和主观质量的改善,以及码流控制算法复杂度的降低,具有一定的实际应用价值。 Rate control plays very important role in real-time communications. The chicken and egg dilemma between rate distortion optimization and rate control in H. 264 is analyzed, and the JVT-G012 rate control scheme is given. Adaptive frame layer and macro-block layer rate control method based on encoding complexity is proposed. Simulation results show that compared with JVT-G012, the proposed method improves image average PSNR and visual quality, decreases the rate control algorithm complexity at the cost of decreases slightly buffer steady.
