摘要
首钢炼铁厂五制粉系统一直使用焦炉煤气加热空气(热风)用于烘干高炉用喷吹煤粉。在公司结构调整使焦炉煤气较为紧张、高炉煤气有少量放散的情况下,通过对炼铁厂五制粉系统4台热风炉实施改造,用放散的高炉煤气代替焦炉煤气,实现了有效能源利用的最大化,在节能降耗和循环经济上取得了新的突破。
Pulverized coal injection into blast furnace has been dried by coke-oven gas and hot air in No. 5 powder-making system in The Ironmaking Plant. Now, for the less coke-oven gas and more blast furnace gas due to the structure adjustment of Shougang, the blast furnace gas is used in the four air-stoves in No. 5 powder-making system instead of the coke-oven gas. The restruction shows that maximum utilization of efficiency energy has been realized.
