摘要
用变压吸附法对低浓度瓦斯气体进行分离研究。在双塔变压吸附设备上,通过调整切换时间、改变反吹阻力研究产品气和解吸气的流量及甲烷浓度的变化规律。实验结果表明用装有JX-204Ⅱ型活性炭吸附剂的变压吸附设备能将地下采煤工作面上隅角低浓度瓦斯中的甲烷浓度降低在0.5%以下。
The separation of CH4 from low concentration CH4/Ajr gas mixture by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) was studied. The experiment of PSA process was carded out on double unites. The variety of the concentration of CH4 in the productive and desorpfive gas and the flux of the deaorpfive gas was studied by altering the switching time and the purge resistance. The experimental result shows that PSA plant can lower the concentration of methane below 0. 5% in the coal-face top eomer's gas, the sorbent is JX-204 Ⅱ activated carbon.
