摘要
综合运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法(多层次模糊综合评价法)对新产品开发经济效益进行研究,并使评价结果定量化。结合某种新产品开发的实际,对其经济效益评价指标体系进行实例分析,结果充分证明了此方法的可行性和正确性。有助于决策者正确地决定新产品开发的继续或中止。
The paper analysis the main factors of the new product profit with the help of the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and it presents the evaluation results with digital values after researching one company＇s new product development. The results show the availability and validity of this method, which can help the leaders of companies to evaluate the persistence or stop new product development.
