摘要
从能量原理的角度出发,利用塑性理论中的界限法,仿照对金属成型工艺中讨论平板楔形模具时的分析方法,分别对机械自紧厚壁筒作单纯挤扩变形,形成死区变形,发生刨削内膛变形三种情况进行了力学分析和研究,得到了机械自紧过程中变形模式的变化规律,冲头推力与冲头锥角的关系,最佳推力的锥角选取原则和影响厚壁筒变形稳定性因素等结果。
Based on the energy principle,making use of the extremum method in the theory of plasticity,according to the metal plastic deformation method and by comparing the force needed to push the mandrel with pure deformation,the blockade and bore cutting phenomena,the following results has been found out:the law of change of deformation modes in the mechanical autofrettage process,the relation between the mandrel push force and change of cone-shaped angle,principles of the cone-shaped angle of the optimum push force and the factor affecting the deformation stability.
