摘要
用氧一乙快焰将相对厚度为t_0/D_0=0.05~0.08的钢管毛坯局部加热,采用单旋轮两步法多道次缩旋工艺,成功地将管坯一端封底,并实现弹休整体成形。在满足弹体内外形轮廓尺寸的条件下,达到了弹头端部厚度是管坯原始厚度的3倍以上。
Locally heated by an oxyacetylene torch,a pipe billet with a relative thickness t_0/D_0=0.05~0.08 has been successfully worked into a projectile shell with an enclosed head.The working process employed is that of multi-pass decremental spinning,and consists of two operations-that of enclosing the bottom and formation of the bottom.This process can ensure the overall dimensions of the workpiece and thickening of more than three times its head part compared with the original.
