Comparison and Enlightenment in Leading Manners between the Communist Party of China and the Western Parties in Power

中国共产党同西方发达资本主义国家的执政党在性质上是不同的。但同为政党,在执政方式上,值得比较与研究。通过差异性的比较和规律性的总结,可以从中得到若干启示:增强执政的合法性,规范党政关系,强化对权力的监督与制约,这些对改革和完善我党执政方式都有参考意义。

The Communist Party of China is different in nature from the parties in power in the western developed capitalist countries, but they are the same in power, so it is worthwhile to make a comparison and study of their leading manners. Through comparison of their difference and summery of regularity, we may gain some enlightenments as follows： enhancing legitimacy of the ruling party; normalizing the relationship between the party and government, strengthening supervision of exercising power, which are of great significance for reference in perfecting our Party＇s leading manners.
