摘要
分析了我国现行公务员绩效考核制度存在的问题,从制度和实践两个层面提出了主要问题的解决方案,并从设计一个部门计算机绩效管理系统要素的角度论述了公共部门绩效管理系统的构建。
This essay makes an analysis into problems existing in China's present working performance evaluation system for civil servants. It suggests solutions to main problems in practice and system. This essay also illustrates reconstruction of working performance evaluation system in public departments from the angle of designing a computerized management system.
