摘要
在研究熔化焊接头特征区的基础上,采用隶属函数定量分析了特征区的隶属度。论证结果表明:在完全混合区与部分熔化区之间存在一个化学成分变动的过渡区,即不完全混合区,从而确定了熔合线的正确位置。隶属函数分析法不仅能定量地确定焊接接头的特征区,而且为焊接学科的理论研究提供一种新的分析模式和依据。
On the basis of study of a melting weld joint concerning its property regions,the membership function was adopted for the first time to analyze quantitatively the membership degree in the property regions.It is shown that there exists a transition region between the completely melted composite region and the partially melted zone.In the transition region the chemical composition changes,i.e.it is not completely composite.Thereby the correct position of the weld junction is defined.The method of membership function analysis not only defines quantitalively the property region of the weld joint,but also provides a new model of analysis and a basis for the theoretical research on welding.
