AN EXRERIMENTAL STUDY OF DEFLAGRATION-TO-DETONATION TRANSITION IN HIGH-ENERGY PROPELLANT

摘要 建立了高能推进剂燃烧转爆轰(DDT)实验系统,对装填密度为83.5%TMD多孔床DDT过程的宏观参数进行了测量,得到了其速度增长规律,特定位置的压力、诱导爆轰距离等特征值。实验还发现,DDT流场存在一不发光区域,该区将DDT流场分隔为爆燃区和冲击转爆轰(SDT)区,分析了该条件下的DDT机理。 An experimental arrangement for the study of deflagration-to-detonation transition (DDT ) has been set up.The DDT process of high-energy propellant Porous bed at 83.5% TMD has been measured by this arrangement.The velocity profiles,pressure at specified positions,predetonation column length (PCL) and other parameters have been obtained from the experiments.It has also been found that there exists a no light emission region-the totally pore-collapsed zone at the front of flame.The DDT flow field is divided into deflagration region and the SDT region separated by the no light zone and the mechanism of DDT of the propellant is thereby discussed.
