On the Employment Rights and Remedies of Female Graduates

面对社会竞争激烈、就业供需矛盾加剧、女大学生就业遭遇歧视的现状,提出女大学生就业权的救济途径:改变传统社会偏见,促进家务劳动社会化;健全法律法规体系,完善社会保障制度;加强女大学生权利意识的培养,加大对女大学生的就业指导力度和发挥女性自身优势,树立健康良好的女性形象等.

With the vehement social competition, the conflicts have been pricked up between employment supplies and demands. The employment predicament of female graduates are not mitigated but worsened. Through the analysis of the status quo of the female can effectively guarantee their rights by speeding th graduates ＇ employment rights, this paper points out that we e socialization of household work, further improving the laws and regulations and the system of social security, cultivating the female graduates＇ consciousness of rights, and offering more advice as for the employment of female graduates
