ProFile机动镍钛锉与ISO标准锉根管预备的临床效果比较

A comparison of clinical effects of ProFile flexible nickel titanium file with that of ISO standard file in root canal preparation

目的:比较ProFile机动镍钛锉与ISO标准手用不锈钢锉根管预备技术的临床效果。方法:将门诊119例患者随机分为两组,A组为ProFile机动镍钛锉预备组(PF组,n=60),B组为ISO标准手用不锈钢K型锉预备组(SS组,n=59)。分别记录两组根管预备所需的时间,比较治疗后的成功率。结果:PF组根管预备所用时间明显小于SS组(P<0.05),根管治疗后临床效果优于SS组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统手用不锈钢锉相比,ProFile机动镍钛锉在根管预备方面有明显的优势。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect compared the ProFile mobile nickel titanium file with ISO standard one. Methods： Dividing stochastically 119 outpatients into two groups, A group, 60 cases, ProFile the mobile nickel titanium file was used （PF group） ; B group of 59 cases, was performed with ISO standard stainless steel K file （SS group）. Recorded Separately the time which two group of root canal preparations needs, and success ratio. Results： The time PF group used was obviously shorter than group SS （P 〈0.05）. The clinical result was also superior to group SS （P 〈0.05） after root canal treatment. Conclusion： Compared file of stainless steel with traditional hand, ProFile flexible nickel titanium file had obvious advantages in root canal treatment.
