ProFile机动镍钛锉与ISO标准锉根管预备的临床效果比较

摘要 目的:比较ProFile机动镍钛锉与ISO标准手用不锈钢锉根管预备技术的临床效果。方法:将门诊119例患者随机分为两组,A组为ProFile机动镍钛锉预备组(PF组,n=60),B组为ISO标准手用不锈钢K型锉预备组(SS组,n=59)。分别记录两组根管预备所需的时间,比较治疗后的成功率。结果:PF组根管预备所用时间明显小于SS组(P<0.05),根管治疗后临床效果优于SS组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统手用不锈钢锉相比,ProFile机动镍钛锉在根管预备方面有明显的优势。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect compared the ProFile mobile nickel titanium file with ISO standard one. Methods: Dividing stochastically 119 outpatients into two groups, A group, 60 cases, ProFile the mobile nickel titanium file was used (PF group) ; B group of 59 cases, was performed with ISO standard stainless steel K file (SS group). Recorded Separately the time which two group of root canal preparations needs, and success ratio. Results: The time PF group used was obviously shorter than group SS (P 〈0.05). The clinical result was also superior to group SS (P 〈0.05) after root canal treatment. Conclusion: Compared file of stainless steel with traditional hand, ProFile flexible nickel titanium file had obvious advantages in root canal treatment.
