摘要
本文介绍了轻轨精整铣钻床PLC控制系统的实现方法。该系统采用PLC代替原有继电器等器件,提高了电气控制系统的稳定性和可靠性,同时增加了自动控制功能和故障诊断功能。从而减轻了劳动强度,提高了产品质量和生产效率,实际生产表明该控制系统运行效果良好。
This paper introduces the realization method of the PLC intelligent control system for the rail-machining with milling and drill machine. In this system, relays are replaced by the PLC, stabilities and reliabilities are improved and automatic control and fault diagnosis function are added. So that, the working intensity is reduced , product qualities and productivities are increased. Practice shows this system has run well and good results have been obtained.
