摘要
伺服控制系统是机电一体化技术的重要组成部分.此处以TMS320F240型DSP芯片为伺服控制器的核心,根据交流永磁同步电机伺服控制的特点,设计完善的DSP芯片外围电路,构成系统的硬件平台。根据交流永磁同步伺服电机的数学模型,运用矢量控制策略,实现伺服系统的自动控制。仿真结果表明,该系统能有效提高伺服系统的鲁棒性能,改善了电机的运行特性。
Servo control system is an important part of Technology of Mechatronies. In order to develop a DSP controller, we put up the platform and perfect the peripherals of control system, rest on peculiarity of the AC servo controller, based on TMS320F240 DSP. Above all, Build the mathematical model of the system and applied the vector control tactics on this foundation, achieved the automatic control of servo system. The emulation and experimental results are attests that, robustness of the servo and peculiarity of the synchronous motor are improved availahly. And so, this algorithm is proved to be feasihle.
