长江三角洲平原农区耕地资源价值核算研究──以江苏省扬中市为例

Value Accounting of the Cultivated Land in Plain Farming Area of the Yangtze River Delta─Case Study of Yangzhong City，Jiangsu Province

文章在介绍中外耕地估价历史及我国开展耕地估价必要性的基础上，提出了耕地资源价值核算的基本思路，据此思路，在综合考虑农业生产自然环境条件与社会经济条件及其相关关系的基础上，核算了扬中市及不同乡镇的耕地资源价值，并依据价格高低进行了价格区划。

Based on the history introduction of cultivated land value evaluation in China and foreigncountries and the necessities for cultivated land appraisal of China，a main idea on arable land appraisalwas summarized．After synthetically considering the two elements：natural environment of agriculturalproduction and social－economic condition and their interrelations，the cultivated land basic value ofYangzhong city and 11 towns was evaluated，and the value has been divided according to value level.
