摘要
体育锻炼可以增强体质,但若不遵守科学的锻炼方法就容易发生运动损伤。只要我们认真预防就能避免运动损伤的发生,受伤后采取正确的处理方法,才能减少伤害,不会导致伤者留下不必要的“后遗症”。
Physical exercise can strengthen people' e physiques, but if them is a failure to comply with the scientific method, there will be a sports injury on the training, We can avoid the occurrence of transport damage as long as we do well to prevent it. After injury, we should take the right approachs to reduce harm and don 't lead to unnecessary "aftermath" .
