摘要
国际上已经开始了第四方物流的实践,而我国目前仍处于第三方物流发展的初期阶段。我国第四方物流的发展需从以下几个方面着手:大力发展第三方物流,为第四方物流发展创造条件;注重物流人才的培养和引进;发展电子商务物流,建立全国物流公共信息平台;加强物流基础设施的规划和建设。
In the world, people have started the practice of forth-party logistics. Currently, the logistics industry in our country is in the initial stage of development. On the basis of the existing logistics problems in our country, the paper puts forward the pattern of the forth-party logistics and researches the obstacle and solution of the development of the forth-party logistics.
