The modem management object is generally the complex relations and changeable situation system, which request leader＇s higher qualities. The leader is main role of the organizations; therefore, the leader＇s quality decides the effects of works. Through the explanation of leader quality implication and the leader quality which affects in the leadership, this article has further analyzed the necessary qualities of the modem leaders on thought morals, scientific culture, psychology and organization resolution ability aspects.
