在社会主义市场经济条件下,职业教育投资作为劳动力价值的一部分,成为企业人力资源投资的一部分。通过各种形式的职业教育投资情况分析表明,任何投资者任何形式的投资都可以最终归结为企业的投资。这就从理论和现实两个方面确定了企业是职业教育投资主体。此外,企业是职业教育最大的受益者,并且具有很强的投资能力,企业参与职业教育对职业教育的发展具有极端的重要性,这些都决定了企业应该成为职业教育投资主体。

In socialist market economy, vocational education investment makes up of part of the labour force value and part of the enterprise＇s human investment. By comparing several types of vocational education investment, the paper finds that all types of vocational education investment can be attributed to enterprise＇s investment. Thus, we can conclude theoretically and practically that enterprise is the investment subject of vocational education. In addition, the factors, including that enterprise enjoys greater benefit of vocational education than other investors, that ente^rise has good investment ability, and that the joining of enterprise into vocational education has most important influence on vocational education development, determine that enterprise should be the investment subject of vocational education.
