Protection of Privacy Right in Government Electronic Administration

电子政务的迅速发展,提高了政府的管理水平,也产生了一些需要加以研究、解决的问题,如隐私权的保护问题。Cookie的使用、“官本位”思想的影响、法制观念的淡薄,都能导致对隐私权的侵犯。我国应该在参照国外成功经验的基础上,通过对电子政务隐私权保护立法、行业协会自律和增加政府网站的隐私保护条款等方式保护电子政务中的隐私权。

Rapid development of government electronic administration has improved management level of government. Along with it, some problems have emerged such as the use of cookie, influence of ＂official first＂ idea and the poor legal awareness which all bring about the offence of privacy. Privacy in electronic administration can be protected by reference to successful experiences of foreign countries, together with legislation, professional self-restraint and protection clauses of government websites.
