摘要
作者依据基本原理和理论,提出我军战时卫勤信息系统建设应关注并解决好的问题：一是遵守“摩尔法则”,避免重硬轻软；二是注意“信息悖论”,倡导管理创新；三是分析“异构现象”,寻求技术突破；四是通过“IT外包”,借助外援力量；五是克服“竹节现象”,强调资源共享；六是按照“墨菲定理”,加强防范意识。
According to fundamentals and theorise, the author proposed that to construct field information system of medical service, we should do as following： First, abide Moore Principle to regard both hardware and software construction; Secondly, sparkplug management innovation according to theory of repugnance; Thirdly, analyze the phenomena of different structure and seek breakthroughs in technologies; Fourthly, improve technology levers in virtue of foreign aid ; Fifthly, conquer the phenomena of bamboo joints and emphasize share of resource; The sixth, follow Morfei Theorem to enhance guarding consciousness.
