网络环境下大学生法律意识培养的思考

On Cultivation of College Students' Sense of Law under the Network Circumstance

从1994年,我国正式成为接入国际互联网的国家以来,互联网已经成为人们生活中一个非常重要的公共空间,它是所有可被访问和利用的信息资源的集合。大学生在互联网的使用上走在了社会的前列,网络在为大学生提供了一个生活、学习和人际交往的全新平台的同时,也给大学生法律意识的培养和提高带来了不容忽视的消极影响,近年来大学生涉网犯罪案件不断增多,如何增强大学生的法律意识,抵御网络带来的负面影响成为了社会各界关心的问题。

Since 1994 when China obtained access to the internet officially, internet has become a very important public space for Chinese people, where resources of information in every kind that eould be visited and used freely. At present there is a phenomenon that college students are in the majority among the people who surf the internet. It is true that internet provides room for college students to enter into a new world of living, studying and intercommunication, but meanwhile internet also exerts much negative influence on cultivating and developing of their sense of law. In recent years, the cases of college students＇ commitment of crime involving internet are on increase. The problem that how to help college students build up their sense of law with an aim to resist the negative impact of interact has become the hot issue that aroused concern of all circles in society.
