人们在交际过程中,为了顺利有效地使谈话进行下去,说话人和听话人应采取“合作原则”,遵守四条子准则。但人们并非总是恪守这些准则,经常有意地违反这些准则,因而产生了特殊的会话含义。从语用学的角度谈谈由于违反了合作原则而产生的幽默效果。

In the process of human communication, Speakers and hearers should adopt the cooperative principle and obey its four sub- maxims so thet the conversation Can move on smoothly and effectively However, people don＇t always kee these rules;instead they break the maxims to produce particularized conversational implications on purpose This paper, from the perspctive of pragmatics, discusses the humorous effects caused by disobeying tbe cooperative principle.
