摘要
高校图书馆工作人员价值的实现,要靠主观和客观两方面的条件。主观上是,图书馆工作人员应树立正确的价值观念,培养良好的职业道德,实行信念服务、资源服务、阵地服务、自我服务等创新手段。在客观条件上,应优化人文环境、实行人力资源的最佳配置、完善考核机制、实现人性化关怀。
To realize the value, the college librarians should rely on the subjective and objective conditions. Subjectively the librarians should establish proper values, develop good professional ethics and carry out innovative methods, such as faith service, resource service, position service and self- service. Objectively, the librarians should optimize the humanity enrichment, practice the best allocation of human resources, perfect the mechanism of assessment and realize the humane concern.
