强化野战医疗所建设的探讨

随着军队体制编制调整和联勤体制建立,野战医疗所面临成员不稳定、人员构成不全面、全科人才缺乏、综合救治能力薄弱等问题,严重影响了综合保障效能的发挥。为此,医院一是强化战备教育,提高战备意识;二是建立规范的人员训练机制;三是改变现行人员抽组模式;四是建立卫勤指挥自动化系统。

Because of the adjustment of personnel system and the establishment of joint service system, the field medical point will face such problems as unsteadiness of members, incompleteness of personnel structure, weakness of synthetically care ability. These problems will effect the synthetically support efficiency seriously. To deal with them, we should do as following： Firstly, enhance battle pleparation education to improve preparedness consciousness; Secondly, establish normative personnel training mechanism; The third, change current mode of taking out a set of personnel ; The fourth, build up automation system of medical commanding.
