摘要
作为我国武警边防部队规模最大的医院,本院近年来在医院建设中解放思想,开拓创新,医院建设取得了跨跃式发展。主要做法:①扩大医院医学科委会的职能;②院务信息全面公开;③实行集中采购管理;④全面推行公开招标,阳光操作;⑤改革为部队服务内容;⑥解决历史遗留营房及对外合作问题。
Abstract： The Hospital of Guangdong general Frontier Police, the biggest armed police frontier hospital in our country, has achieved great development in hospital construction through emancipating the idea and innovation in recent years. Our measurements are as following： （1）enhancing the functions of medical Scientific committee; （2）opening hospital affairs information totally; （3）applying the ＂Purchasing Order -concentrated Control System＂ ; （4）inviting public bidding ; （5）innovating contents of serving for troop; （6）settling the problems of barracks and external cooperation.
