摘要
目的:设立一套医院间护理终末质量评价指标体系。方法:综合运用头脑风暴法、专家分类和排序法、典型调查法等管理学和统计学的研究思想、方法和技术,对指标体系进行分析和筛选。调研范围涉及68所军内外医院的135名医院管理、护理管理和医院统计专家。结果:设立12项指标,包括工作效率指标7项和工作质量指标5项。结论:医院间护理终末质量评价指标体系更有助于客观、科学地在医院之间进行终末质量的评价和分析。
Objective：Establish a index system to evaluate final nursing quality among military hospitals. Methods：The index system was analyzed and filtered with such methods as brainstorming, representative survey, expert assorting and compositor. Participants in the survey included 135 management, nursing management and health statistics experts from 68 hospitals. Results：The system was composed of 12 indexes, including 7 work efficiency indexes and 5 quality indexes. Conclusions：The new system is more objective and exact in nursing final quality evaluation than before.
