通过对医院成本管理中存在问题的分析,提出了成本、质量、绩效一体化管理思路,以解决长期以来医院成本控制难的问题及传统医院管理模式中经济、质量、绩效无法统一的弊端,并给出了成本、质量、绩效一体化管理的实施步骤。

Through the analysis of problems existing in hospital cost management, the article put forward the management thought of integrating cost, quality and performance which can settle the difficulties in hospital cost control for long term and the abuse of being unable to unify economy,quality and performance in traditional hospital management pattern. At last, it offers the implement steps of integrating cost,quality and performance.
