摘要
选用普通陶瓷原料利用聚氨酯泡沫体成型制备出了一种性能优良的多孔陶瓷催化剂载体。并对如何改善有机泡沫体的挂浆量和造孔工艺之于载体性能的影响作了深入探讨,为优化网眼多孔陶瓷载体提供重要参考。
Choosing normal ceramic material and using polyurethane's foams experiment for molding, a catalytic carrier of porous ceramics with high performance can be produced. This paper has done thorough investigation and discussion on how to improve the amounts of organic foam body's thick fluid and the effect which has made on the performance of carrier by the porous handicraft, has provided a very important reference to optimize the carrier of mesh porous ceramics.
