2006年9月26—27日及10月19日，商会组织企业在北京召开墨西哥油漆刷反倾销应诉工作会议。商务部进出口公平贸易局李增力副处长到会指导工作，商会张志彪副秘书长出席会议。4家对墨西哥出口油漆刷企业到会，占对墨西哥出口总量的三分之一，最终这4家企业全部决定应诉。
On 26-27 Sep. and 19 Oct. 2006, a working conference of paintbrush responding to Mexico was held in Beijing. There were 4 Chinese paintbrush-exporting firms attending the conference, whose export volume accounts for 1/3 of total export to Mexico. They decided to make a response to it.
