摘要
①目的探讨p27k ip1、Skp2蛋白在乳腺癌的发生、增殖及转移扩散过程中的作用及其相互关系。②方法用免疫组织化学En-V ision法检测100例乳腺癌、30例乳腺增生症及30例癌旁乳腺组织标本中p27K ip1、Skp2蛋白的表达。③结果p27k ip1蛋白在癌旁组、增生组、乳腺癌组的表达分别为100%、93.33%和56.00%,相互比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。p27k ip1蛋白与Skp2蛋白在乳腺癌组中的表达呈负相关。④结论在乳腺癌组织中,Skp2常呈高表达,p27k ip1则低表达,说明Skp2与p27k ip1的表达对肿瘤的诊断具有重要意义。
Obective To investigate the effect and relationships of p27^kip1,Skp2 in the occurrence, malignant grow, proliferation and diffusion of breast cancer by testing the expression of p27^kip1 protein, Skp2 protein in breast cancer. Methods The expression of p27^kip1,Skp2 was detected in 100 cases of breast cancer, 30 cases of hyperplasia mammary and 30 cases of neighboring non-cancerous tissue by using immunohisochemical EnVision. Results The expression of p27^kip1 protein in the neighboring non-cancerous tissue, hyperplasic mammary and breast cancer group were 100%, 93.33% and 56.00%, it showed a significant differ- ence between breast cancer group and the other two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). The positive rate of p27^kip1 protein was 37.5% in the breast cancer with the lymph node metastasis and 68.33% without the lymph node metastasis. It showed a significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of Skp2 protein was correlated with clinical stages (P 〈0.05). There was negative relationship between the expression of p27^kip1 protein and Skp2 protein in breart. Conclusion The expression of Skp2 protein in breast cancer was up - regulation and p27^kip1 was down - regulation. Expression of cancer Skp2 and p27^kip1 were important significance in cancer dignosis.
