摘要 ①目的探讨不同培养基条件对于海洋放线菌抗菌活性的影响。②方法采用纸片法筛选抗菌活性;③结果在10株海洋放线菌中,大部分菌株的最佳抗菌活性培养基为M2+培养基;还发现在某些培养基条件下,海洋放线菌能产生具有选择性地对抗某种微生物的活性。④结论不同培养基对海洋放线菌的抗菌活性有较大影响,因此在研究中应注意培养基的优化。 Obective Aim To determine the influence of medium to the anti microbial activity of marine actinomycetes and find the best medim for anti microbial activity screening; Method The anti microbial activity was decided by paper dish method; Result The activity screening showed that the best medium for most of the 10 strains was M2^1 medium; and in some mediun, a selective activity to some particular microbes was observed. Conclusion The medium condition have a prominent effect to the anti microbial activity of marine actinomycetes and thus the optimization of medium condition should be take into account.
