摘要 除氧器是火(核)电厂中重要的热力设备,它基于热力方法分离活性气体,能降低工质中活性气体分子浓度,减缓工质中氧、氮、CO2等活性气体对管路的腐蚀。为此,介绍了热力除氧的机理,分析了除氧器水位稳定运行的意义,并以珠海发电厂2号机组为例,针对机组运行中出现的水位波动大的现象,分析了原因,提出了应对措施。 As an important thermal device in thermal (nuclear) power plants, the deaerator separates active gases based on thermal method, decreases the molecular concentration of active gases in the working medium, and mitigates the corrosion on pipelines by such active gases as oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. This paper describes the mechanism of thermal deaeration, and analyzes the significance of deaerator level stability. Taking Unit 2 in Zhuhai Power Station for example, it analyzes the causes of the great water-level fluctuation during operation of the unit with countermeasures presented.
