摘要
通过一台引风机故障的分析,介绍了风机不对中故障的诊断思路、步骤及振动机理,并根据相位对此类故障进行了诊断与分析,提高了诊断风机振动故障的准确率。
Through analyzing on trouble of induced draft fan, the diagnosis idea, process and vibration principle on the trouble of fan misalignment are introduced. According to the phase, diagnose and analyze on the trouble is carried out, and it improves the diagnosing accuracy rate.
