摘要
漏磁检测技术是铁磁性油气管道在线缺陷检测的有效手段.由于检测数据量大,数据压缩是必不可少的.介绍了一种基于差分的嵌入式零树编码算法,算法首先对检测到的数据进行一阶差分处理,再对差分处理后的数据进行嵌入式零树编码,最后由差分嵌入式零树编码解压缩算法对数据进行还原操作.设计了以DSP为核心的硬件电路来实现该算法,并通过实验证明了该算法的硬件电路的可行性以及在保留所有检测相关数据的基础上可以达到10∶1以上的压缩比.
Magnetic flux leakage detection technology is an useful method in the online defect inspection of the ferromagnetic oil-gas pipelines. Because of a great amount of detected data, data compression is very necessary. Embedded zero tree code algorithm based on one order difference is introduced. The detected data is handled firstly by one order difference algorithm, and then, the data are coded by embedded zero tree Finally, reductive data can be obtained by decoder algorithm based on embedded zero tree code decompression. The hardware circuit that uses DSP as a core is designed to implement the algorithm. The experiments verify the feasibility of design, and the ratio of compression can reach 10 : 1 on the basis of reserving all inspected data.
