牛粪氧化降解制取氨基-黄腐酸的研究 被引量:2

摘要 用催化氧化方法降解牛粪,使其未消化分解的粗纤维、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和腐植酸类物质转化为水可溶的有机物质——氨基酸-黄腐酸(A-FA)。反应在全封闭条件下进行,全过程无废气、废液、废渣排放。产品中水溶有机物质组成包括黄腐酸、氨基酸、其他低分子有机酸和糖类。羧基、酚羟基等活性官能团含量略高于风化煤和泥炭FA,接近于土壤FA。E4/E6和凝聚极限都较高,对作物幼苗生长的促进作用和对化肥的显示增效作用都很明显,表明该产品具有相当高的化学活性和生物活性。 Amino-Fulvic Acid (A-FA) was produced from cattle dung by means of catalytic oxidation through converting raw cellulose, protein, fats and humic acids etc. to aquatic soluble organic matter-A-FA. The whole process of the reaction is carried out in sealing condition and without waste material released. The major components of organic matter in products are fulvic acid, amino acids, other small molecular acids and sugars. The content of active groups in A-FA, such as carboxyl and hydroxyl, is lightly higher than that of FA in weathered coal and peat, but similar to that of soil FA. Both the E4/E6 rate and the value of flocculent limit of A-FA are also higher. The results of its obvious promoting growth of seedling and iniproving fertilizer efficiency indicated that A-FA has considerable chemical and biological activity.
