摘要
目的建立姜桂饮胶囊中桂皮醛和二苯基庚烷A含量测定方法。方法用Gc法测定桂皮醛含量,色谱柱为sE.30石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),柱初始温度80℃保持1min,以2℃/min一阶升温至140oC,再以20oC/min二阶升温至200℃;用HPLC法测定二苯基庚烷A含量,选用C18柱,以甲醇-水(体积比63:37)为流动相,检测波长220nm。结果桂皮醛在2.0—20.0mg/mL质量浓度范围内,与桂皮醛及内标的峰面积比呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994,平均回收率为98.2%;二苯基庚烷A在0.1104—1.104μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.4%。结论方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective To establish the method for assaying the content of cinnamaldehyde and diphenylheptane A in Jiangguiyin capsules. Methods Cinnamaldehyde was analyzed on quartz capillary column (SE-30 30 m × 0.25 mm×0.25 μm)by GC. The initial temperature of the column was 80 ℃ for 1 min, increased to 140℃ with 2 ℃/min, then to 200℃ with 20 ℃/min. Diphenylheptane A was analyzed on an HPLC column (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) by using methanol: water (63: 37) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results The calibration curves were linear over the range of 2.0 -20. 0 mg/mL ( r = 0. 9994 ) for cinnamaldehyde and 0. 1104 -1. 104 μg ( r = 0. 9996 ) for diphenylheptane A. The average recoveries of cinnamaldehyde and diphenylheptane A were 98.2% and 99.4%, respectively. Conclusion The method is reliable, accurate and specific, which can be used for the quality control of Jiangguiyin capsule.
