HPLC法测定愈风宁心软胶囊中葛根素的含量

Determination of puerarin in Yufengningxin soft-gel capsules by HPLC

目的建立愈风宁心软胶囊中葛根素含量的测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．1m01／L醋酸钠（用醋酸调pH5．0）-甲醇（体积比75：25），检测波长为250nm，柱温为40℃，流速为1．0mL／min。结果葛根素在0．2006。1．0030μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．93％，RSD=0．79％。结论所建立的方法准确，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Yufengningxin soft-gel capsules. Methods The sample was analyzed on a Diamonsil C18 column （200 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm）. A mixture of methanol -0.1 mol/L sodium acetate （25 ： 75, adjusted to pH 5.0 with acetic acid） was used as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results The linear range of puerarin was 0. 2006 ×1. 0030μg （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery of puerarin was 99.93% with RSD O. 79%. Conclusions The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yufengningxin soft - gel capsules.
