摘要
目的建立尿中1,2-二氯乙烷的顶空气相色谱测定方法。方法将样品置于密闭的顶空瓶内,采用SE-30色谱柱(2m×3mm),在85℃进行分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测(150℃),气化室温度150℃;载气(氮气)流速30mL/min,空气流速300mL/min,氢气流速30mL/min,对尿中1,2-二氯乙烷进行测定。结果本方法最低检出浓度为0,52mg/L,1,2-二氟乙烷在0—20.0mg/L范围内有良好线性(r=0.9980),平均回收率为97.2%及94.1%,RSD值为5.18%及6.58%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,能用于尿中1,2-二氯乙烷的测定。
Objective To study the assay method of 1,2-dichloroethane in urine with static headspace gas chromatography and the biomarker of 1, 2-dichloroethanc exposure. Methods: 1, 2-dichloroethane in urine was determined with static headspace gas chromatography with SE-30 column at 85~C and detected with flame ionization detector(FID). Results: The minimum of determination concentration was 0.52mg/L. 1,2-Dichloroethane had a good linearity ( r =0. 9980) within 0 ~ 20.0mg/L. The average recovery was 97.2% and 94.1%, with the RSD of 5.18% and 6.58%. Conclusions: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used in determination of 1,2-Dichloroethane in urine.
