万拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗广泛性焦虑症51例临床观察

A clinical observation of venlafaxine and lorazepam in the treatment of patients with generalized anxiety disorder

目的评价万拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将102例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为两组,分别应用万拉法辛缓释胶囊(51例)、劳拉西泮(51例)进行治疗,疗程4周。采用Ham ilton焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床疗效总评量表(CG I)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定两组的疗效和不良反应。结果万拉法辛缓释胶囊与劳拉西泮对广泛性焦虑症均有显著疗效,两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05),万拉法辛缓释胶囊不良反应明显少于劳拉西泮(P<0.01)。结论万拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗广泛性焦虑症安全有效,不良反应少。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods 102 patients who met the criteria of CCMD - 3 for generalized anxiety disorder were randomly assigned into venlafaxine group and lorazepam group for treatment for 4 weeks. The efficacy and side effects of two groups were assessed with HAMD, CGI and TESS. Results Both drugs had marked efficacy in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Conclusion Venlafaxine is a safe and efficacious drug with fewer side effects for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.
