笔者对继续医学教育与研究型医院的人才培养、学科建设、科学研究和实现医院效益增长等方面的作用进行分析探讨。提出研究型医院与继续医学教育是相互依存的关系,而通过健全组织机构,制订配套制度,建立激励机制;制定高水平的继续医学教育项目;坚持内容多样,灵活机动的办学模式和现代化的教学手段等措施来加快研究型医院继续医学教育的发展是必要的,有效的。

The author analyses and inquire into the effect of continuing medical education （CME） on talented man cuhivation, subject construction, scientific research, and beneficial rise of research hospital was discussed. Raise the relationship between research hospital and CME is interdependent, and the rapid development of research hospital＇s CME counts on the consummation of organizations and institutions, the formulation of correlative systems, the establishment of encouragement mechanisms, the institution of high level items of CME, the maintenance of various and affluent teaching model, and the up to date teaching means. Those is necessary and effective.
