FK506血药浓度与糖代谢相关血液指标的观察

摘要 目的:探讨长期服用FK506(tacrolimus)患者血中糖代谢指标与血药浓度的关系。方法:FK506血药浓度用微粒子酶免疫分析法,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1)用液相色谱法,血糖(G lu)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、白蛋白(A1b)用罗氏公司试剂盒,红细胞(Rbc)、血红蛋白含量(HGB)在雅培Cell Dyn 3200血细胞仪上测定。结果:男性GSP、HGB明显高于女性;不同年龄组仅有GSP明显差异;FK-506不同浓度组A lb、HbA1、RBC、HGB有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:HbA1和GSP可作为临床参考指标,用于检测FK-506浓度改变引起的糖代谢紊乱,并调整用药。 Objective:To investigate changes glucose metabolism-related markers in blood by a long-term intaken FK506 (tacrolimus). Methods:tacrolimus blood levels were measured by MEIA method; HbA1 was measured by high performance liquid chromatography; red blood cells and HGB were performed on Abbott cell dyn 3200 analyzer; other tests were processed on abbott Ci8200 analyzer with relevant reagent kits. Result: GSP and HGB are higher in male; GSP has significant changes by age ; A1b/HBA1/RBC/HGB values changes with different tacrolimus blood level; Conclusion:HbA1 and GSP are good markers for monitoring of glucose metabolism confusion and posttransplant diabetes mellitus.
