催化合成聚乙二醇(200)二甲基丙稀酸酯

摘要 在催化剂、阻聚剂、带水剂存在的条件下,由甲基丙稀酸与聚乙二醇(200)直接酯化合成甲基丙稀酸聚乙二醇(200)酯,并对酸醇比、阻聚剂、催化剂、带水剂等影响因素进行了比较。研究结果表明当阻聚剂选用对苯二酚(0.9%~1.3%)或者对羟基苯甲醚(0.7%~1.3%),酸醇比为2.15~2.20、催化剂选用对甲苯磺酸(5%~6%)、带水剂选用甲苯(50%)时,聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯的产率可以达到97.1%。 under the catalyst, the polymerization retarder, the including water medicinal preparation existence condition, methacrylic acid and the polyethylene glycol (200) are directly esterified for polyethylene glycol (200) two methacrylic acid ester, and influence factors of acid glycol ratio,the polymerization retarder,catalyst, including water medicinal preparation has mellowly been carried on the comparison, The findings indicated when the polymerization retarder selects the hydroquinone (0.9-1.3%) or the hordenine methyl ether (0.741.3%), acid glycol ratio is 2.15-2.20, the catalyst selects the toluene sulfonic acid (5-6%), the including water medicinal preparation sdects the toluene (50%), produc6on rate of the polyethylene glycol(200) two methacrylic acid ester may achieve 97.1%.
