论我国政府律师制度的建构

The Structure of the Government Lawyers Systerm in China

我国的政府律师制度正处于探索阶段,存在着概念不明确、定位不准确、管理比较混乱等不足。这其中固然有一项新制度的建立自然有其循序渐进的过程、我国正处于政府体制改革的特殊阶段等诸多原因,但学界对这个问题一直不够重视以至研究不深也是一个不容忽视的原因,继续加强对政府律师制度的学理探索和制度建设是当务之急。

The existing government lawyers system of our country is at its exploring stage of development, in which there are some defects of unclear definition, inaccurate position, weak management from the government, and so on. There do be many reasons, such as that a newly established system must have a proper developing sequence and make steacty progress, and that we are in a special environment of our government system reform. But that this problem has not been made enough account of in the academic field, which leads to the lack of deeper researches, is an important reason for those defects. It is urgent for us to continually strengthen our theoretical study and the construction of the government lawyers system.
